You retain 60 hours a month with SOS to handle your administrative needs. At $24 per hour (because you get a discount on monthly retainers) multiplied by 60 hours gives you a total of $1440 per month. Multiply that by 12 months and you've paid $17,280 + materials/supplies. Compare this to the $35,000+ that you would pay a full-time employee and you've saved almost $18,000, and you didn't pay for any down time, sick time, vacation or unproductive hours. In addition to the cost savings, you get a seasoned assistant getting your work done without any hassles.

My rates are based on my experience level and the degree of difficulty in each area. Depending on the type of assistance you need, the following rates will apply accordingly. By taking advantage of my monthly retainer plans, you will receive your services at discounted rates.

Per Project Plan

Sierra Office Solutions will provide services on an as-needed basis or "per project" at a rate of $30 per hour. After reviewing the project, SOS will issue an estimate of time it will take to complete the project. All projects are quoted at an hourly rate and billed in 1/4 hour increments. Since the project is estimated, final billing will be adjusted to reflect the actual time spent to complete. Material and supplies are billed at actual cost.

Monthly Retainer Plans

Clients who take advantage of my retainer plans each month not only enjoy great savings on the regular "per-project" rates, but they also receive guaranteed availability of the retained hours. This is my preferred method because it allows me to be a virtual partner and continually get to know your business and your needs.

Monthly retainer plans are available as listed below. The retainer plan discounts apply to our hourly rate only. All other expenses, such as materials and supplies will be billed at actual cost. Payment for retainer plans is due in advance on the 1st of every month.

NOTE: If you find that you need more than the number of hours you have retained me for, additional hours may be added at the rate associated with the plan you selected.

Retainer plans may be terminated at any time, however unused retainer hours are non-refundable and may not be carried over to the following month. I will keep you updated on a weekly basis in regards to how many hours you have used already for the month, and how many you have remaining. Also, a 3% late fee will be applied if payment is not received prior to the 5th of the month.

TERMS: A signed contract, including confidentiality agreement, is necessary upon agreement of quotation. This is to protect both parties interests. Payment is due in full upon completion of work. Upon receipt of payment all completed projects and necessary back-up will be released.
